A friend whom I have not seen in many years gave me a special book when she heard about my struggles. The title was enough to touch me. In the back of the book was a CD of the song that she wrote for her friend. Please enjoy “Dear Friend” by Stacie Orrico:
When I read the book it brought me to tears because it was as if my friend had walked through my pain with me and knew this book would minister, yet she knew very little of my story. God is so amazing. I wanted to share with you an excerpt from it.

I just love that! We sing and we dance because God fills us with so much joy, but I never thought of Him singing because I give HIM joy. In these most recent days when I find it hard to dance, a struggle to sing, God still delights in me. When I feel unworthy, when I feel like a failure, when I wonder what my friends think of me, GOD, still delights in me. It comes from His Word so I know it is a promise. It is a promise for you also. Imagine it. Sit back and get that picture in your mind, then let it transfer down to your heart and fill your spirit. YOU and I bring the Father so much joy that He sings! WOW! I am humbled.
