After three weeks of trying, I finally figured out how to get a video on my blog and then in the middle of it my internet crashed and I have been without for almost a week. Now I can re-attempt and hope I remember everything. 🙂
Amidst the perceived tragedy of having to move from my home and into apartments I have actively been seeking things that would comfort me and help me to be happy, or at least content with, what had become necessary for my safety and well being.
Just behind my apartments, about one block, is another lake surrounded by homes. My dog and I have enjoyed walking there in the evenings when the weather is cool enough. I want to share with you why this is so enjoyable and comforting to my heart. It is an example of beauty rising from the ashes and giving me a place of peace to stop and contemplate the gifts from my Father, Jehovah Shalom.
